The team at EIG are predominantly focused on the USA, UK, Italy and Iberia investment opportunities where they can support management teams in achieving their next level of growth.
Throughout his career, Neil has completed more than 350 M&A transactions across a wide variety of industries, a major highlight at TML was working with a family office, where he was instrumental in growing their portfolio from $40m AUM to $600m AUM via acquisition within three and a half years.
Our team is eager to continue supporting management teams in achieving their growth goals while creating liquidity for founders/owners.

Neil Sharp - Founder
Neil Sharp is a results-driven entrepreneur with over 37 years of experience. In 1993, he started a business in the Printing Industry, which he and his team grew significantly by acquiring various competitors. He exited the printing business in 2011 and founded TML Finance & Advisory, a UK Corporate Finance Advisory firm specializing in M&A.
Eslam Samy - Investment Director
Our M&A and finance advisor brings over 15 years of experience from top-tier firms. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and project financing, Eslam has extensive experience both domestically and internationally.
Dominic Roberts - Debt Advisory
With a strong background in ABL debt structures, Dominic began his career at Barclays Asset Finance, focusing on medium to large transactions. He later moved to another lender, handling deals of $10 million and above.
Daniel Trouse - M&A Associate
With 6 years of experience at EY-Parthenon, Dan has advised major corporations and private equity clients on domestic and international transactions. A Chartered Accountant with ICAS, he specialises in transaction advisory and financial due diligence.
Jon Hall - M&A Project Director
With 10 years’ experience in Mergers and acquisitions and with over 50 end-to-end completed acquisitions. Jon has ensured that all owners, private equity clients, major blue-chip companies, and vendors have achieved the desired result from their acquisitions. Successfully bringing acquisitions through the due diligence process whilst ensuring a smooth integration with the operational teams, post-closing.

Dennis Krause - Group CEO for USA & Canada
Dennis Krause is an accomplished 30-year executive. Most recently, he served as Executive Chairman and CEO of the fastest-growing wine brand in the US. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of an innovative producer of USDA-approved healthier proteins. He spent nearly 10 years as Managing Director – Industry Leader for GE Capital, providing deep industry leadership in evaluating and closing complex debt and equity structures for GE Capital’s $18 billion+ portfolio in FB&A. His more than 30 years of experience as a senior executive includes starting, operating, and growing multiple food companies with a combined market value in excess of $3 billion.
Alan Temple - Worldwide Group CFO
With over 40 years varied experience in finance, ranging from a Chartered Accountant in professional practice in the UK, through to FD/CFO of various companies in both the UK and the US in areas of both retail wealth management and general commercial insurance, Alan adds this experience of owning and managing SME’s to the team, as well as being a vital advisor to the M&A history of his various past assignments.
